You will be aware that the North and West Metropolitan Region (NWMR) lead a submission process to enable the allocation of two Enhanced Youth Refuge Response packages that had been allocated to our region earlier this year. The submission process identified two preferred providers, one in the northern part of our region and one in the western part of our region. more

I would like to promote a new online service called Contact & Address Verification (CAV). This service, introduced by Centrelink, is available to regional Office of Housing staff. Its primary purpose is to benefit both clients and staff during the pre-tenancy period by making the housing application assessment and offer processes more efficient. more
