I would like to promote a new online service called Contact & Address Verification (CAV). This service, introduced by Centrelink, is available to regional Office of Housing staff. Its primary purpose is to benefit both clients and staff during the pre-tenancy period by making the housing application assessment and offer processes more efficient.
